Raw & Paw Co. offers shipping for both perishable and non-perishable items. Please read below for details on how we handle shipping for each type of product.
Perishable Products (Meat and Raw Foods)
All perishable products, including meat and raw food items, are shipped directly by our trusted third-party partner. This ensures that your items arrive fresh and in optimal condition. Please note the following:
- Shipping Carrier: Perishable items are shipped via a 3rd Party shipper.
- Shipping Time: Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2-3 business days. Delivery times may vary based on your location.
- Packaging: Perishable products are carefully packaged in insulated containers with ice packs to maintain freshness.
- Delivery: It is important that someone is available to receive perishable deliveries. We are not responsible for products that spoil due to being left unattended.
Note: We do not ship perishable items on weekends or holidays to avoid potential delays.
Non-Perishable Products (Harnesses, Accessories, etc.)
All non-perishable items are shipped directly by us from our Midwest City location. Hereโs what you need to know:
- Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1-2 business days.
- Shipping Time: Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days, depending on your location.
- Shipping Carriers: We use e.g., USPS, UPS, FedEx for all non-perishable shipments.
- Shipping Fees: Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the total weight of your order and your delivery address.
Shipping Restrictions
We currently only ship perishable products within specific regions. If your shipping address is outside of our service area, you will not be able to complete your order for perishable items.
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your package and view estimated delivery dates.
Issues with Shipping
